Navidad Resources, LLC ("Navidad") was founded in 2007 as an Encap Investments L.P. portfolio company by combining the oil and gas assets and staff of Navidad Resources, Inc. with an Encap capital commitment of $50MM. From its founding in 1992 until 2007, Navidad Resources, Inc. participated in the drilling of numerous prospects across East Texas and North Louisiana with a 95% economic success rate.
