Most of our development is located in the East Texas basin where we have local knowledge and have already performed preliminary and extensive screening. However, we are willing to look at quality prospects with significant running room in other areas provided overall project economics and risk profile fits our investment criteria.

In the next 12-24 months we intend to expand our scope to include other parts of Texas and North Louisiana. We may move into other oil producing states such as Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi and Nebraska as opportunities arise.

The company currently has acreage and/or production in five counties in East Texas, one parish in North Louisiana, and one county in New Mexico.
